Extension Specialist, 4-H Youth Development

This position will provide leadership and programmatic direction for 4-H Youth Development in the Northwest Region of Kansas. This position will provide statewide leadership for the strategic priority related to developing and delivering education programs and workforce readiness initiatives, will be a leading resource to Extension professionals, will strengthen external partnerships and seek additional funding for the purpose of building program capacity, and will have responsibility for program evaluation related to their program area and for communicating the impact of 4-H.

Operations Manager/ Horticulture Greenhouse Manager
Location - Manhattan, KS
This position is responsible for the plant maintenance programs to provide proper care of plants used in the Department of Horticulture and Natural Resources. It develops and implements operation and maintenance practices for HNR greenhouse facilities, supervises greenhouse support employees, manages greenhouse records, and initiates strategic planning to improve greenhouse operations, facilities, and equipment.
