Community Leadership Development Resources
Leadership directly determines capacity for our rural communities to organize for development. Growth requires a plan, an evaluation, resources, activities and resolution of conflicts.
Whether organizing your community with formal membership in the Kansas Community Empowerment Program, sponsoring training for your local boards, team building, or asking for help with your organization’s volunteers, our Extension specialists are happy to walk alongside you to grow leadership in your community.
