Statewide Nutrition Programs

There are many Nutrition Programs out there but the following are the ones that we have available to audiences with limited resources:

Kansas SNAP-Ed Program

Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

It is important to balance the food you eat with physical activity. K-State Research and Extension is proud to offer Walk Kansas which is a team-based program that will help you and others lead a healthier life. 

Stressing eating well and physical activity to children can be difficult. K-State Research and Extension is proud to offer Walk Kansas for Kids.

Stay Strong Stay Healthy: Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) is an evidenced based eight-week program for older adults that meets the recommendation for healthy muscle strength. The program's goal is to improve health and quality of life.
