HALT Diabetes Prevention Program

Halt1  HALT2

In our comprehensive online diabetes prevention program, every participant gets paired up with a personal health coach and joins a supportive online peer group. Picture it like having your own health cheerleaders on your journey!

What makes this program so accessible is that you can connect with it on any device – whether it's your trusty computer or your handy smartphone.

Your personal health coach, a trained Lifestyle Coach, is by your side for a whole year. They're not just a guide; they're your partner in making positive changes that stick.

You will have access to interactive online video lessons to help you create lasting changes in your life.

You can share your meals and hydration journey with your coach. Snap a pic and get personalized feedback from your health coach.

And don't worry about feeling alone on this path. Throughout the 12-month program, you can message your health coach for private feedback. It's a direct line to support whenever you need it.

We've also built a community of participants, so you're not in this alone. Share, encourage, and receive support from others going through the same journey. Because when we're in it together, we're stronger.
